 We are experienced in the following areas: 

  1. Improve safety and efficiencies on Medication Use Process or Drug Distribution System in hospitals

  2. Develop & implement pharmacy operational systems and introducing Pharmacy automated dispensing systems

  3. Develop & implement e-prescribing, drug dispensing and nursing drug administration systems with incorporation of Medication Safety principles and clinical decision support features

I am S C Chiang.  I possess excellent track records with innovative and project management skills specializing in re-engineering and modernizing workflow changes; motivating cross functional teams for creative introduction and adoption of new service improvements; inspirational leadership abilities with a passion to bring about goodness for the patients, staff, profession, service as well as the organization. I am now retired from the public service to continue to make contribution to the community and private sector
